Description:

Juveniles, less than 2cm long, in the mud at the pond edge. Request confirmation of my ID please.

Habitat:

Mountain airfield at 1100 metres asl, grass with scattered shrubs and bushes and a pond which often dries out in summer. Often used for grazing sheep.
