Field Notes

Description:

A small female doe my family saw along with a herd of about 5 others. They were right next to an apartment complex and you could see all of their ribs

Habitat:

Usually forests but this one and its herd was right next to a road

Notes:

The deer seemed used to humans and they wouldn't have been so near a car if they weren't being fed, which is what I think is keeping them there
