http://www.brisbaneinsects.com/brisbane_moths/PSYCHIDAE.htm
I have seen many small leaf cases before but this one was much much bigger using whole, large leaves.
If this is Hylarcta huebneri... "The endemic Australian psychid Hyalarcta huebneri commonly damages Pinus radiata growing in forestry plantations, and attacks fruit trees, ornamental trees and shrubs. It occurs in subcoastal and coastal areas from north-eastern Queensland to Western Australia, and a total of 41 host plants are recorded." - LIFE HISTORY AND BIOLOGY OF THE LEAF BAGWORM, HYALARCTA HUEBNERI (WESTWOOD) N.
