Description:

Graphosoma semipunctatum probably the subspecies/form "interruptum", spotted while foraging on a fennel plant, near Volos city ring road, Greece. Although the subspecies (or species) it is said only occurs in Canary islands, there are older reports of the subspecies sightings from southern Germany.
