Yes, a Juvenile Starling. Poor thing.

Hard to tell from that angle. Possibly a juvenile starling. Would help to see the other side. Could have been hit with a bb gun. Starlings are considered a nuisance species and are frequently shot. I cared for a starling that was hit by a bb in the shoulder and grounded for a few months. They were brought over here from Europe as pet songbirds and a few got loose. They displace native birds, but I am still very charmed by them.
