Description:

Notice that this inca dove's feet are really short and is low to the ground. This dove has a scaly pattern on body and head. Is tan in color with chestnut on wings that you can barely see expect in flight. Has a white edge on the tail and the tail is long.

Habitat:

There were a group of inca doves spotted on the roadside near the campground at High Island, Texas. They were only spotted in the mornings because never saw them in the afternoons.
