Description:
A small aromatic annual herb of family Asteraceae, commonly called as Redflower ragleaf and Okinawa spinach; Hairy stem, hellically arranged leaves and tubular flowers; Widespread in tropical and subtropical regions and classified as an invasive species.
Researches say, the leaves are used for indigestion, headaches, fresh wounds, nose bleeding, and sleeping sickness. The leaves are also edible either raw or cooked. It is used as a vegetable.
