Description:

Pale yellow to cream colored, densely branched coral fungus. Coral fungi belong to the Gomphaceae family and are notoriously difficult to identify at a species level. .

Habitat:

Found growing under a hardwood tree at the bottom of a ridge in a dense, mixed hardwood forest. It was hiding under some leaves
