The cap is a little dark, but that could be due to age; it might be the Ornate-stalked Bolete (Retiboletus ornatipes) I posted pics recently at: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/1745576004 There are several other PN posts of this bolete Also see: http://www.mushroomexpert.com/retiboletus_ornatipes.html
It's a bolete, but there are so many that it could be hard to narrow it down. Was the stem reticulated?
