White Moth ( Injured )

Moths: A chiefly nocturnal insect, related to the butterflies. It lacks the clubbed antennae of butterflies, and typically has a stout body, drab coloration, and wings that fold flat when resting. Any of numerous insects, of the order Lepidoptera, generally distinguished from the butterflies, by having feathery antennae, and by having crespuscular or nocturnal habits. Unlike butterflies, moths tend to hold there wings out horizontally, when at rest. This white moth was injured! It had a large, red area, on its thorax. This moth, had two feathery antennae, and four wings. It had two compound eyes, and six legs. It had a head, thorax, and an abdomen. It's head, thorax, and the top of its wings, was white in color. It was resting, with its wings, flat against the concrete wall. This moth was alive, and able to move, but it was Not, able to fly!
