Description:

Upper body colour varies from gray to yellow; belly yellowish; length 60-65 cm.
Vegetarian; never drinks water and has special glands that help its body to dispose of uric acid. Lives in burrow; often allows other creatures, such as snakes, scorpions and hedgehogs to share its burrow

Habitat:

This picture was taken at Swehain, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Gravel plains in Middle east.

Nice. I remember seeing these when I was in Kuwait back in 1998. Most were bright yellow, very fascinating.
I don't have any lizards spots. I can't wait to see one; mostly skinks here in Pennsylvania, but difficult to spot. I love all the lizard posts. So cool!
