Description:

A mushroom ( or toadstool ), is the fleshy, spore-bearing fruiting body, of a fungus, typically produced above ground on soil, or on its food source. Forms deviating from the standard morphology, usually have more specific names, such as: "bolete", "puffballs", "stinkhorns", and "morel". Mushrooms, are the fleshy, fruiting bodies of fungi. Mushroom: Any of the various fungi, that produce a fleshy, fruiting body, especially one consisting of a stalk, with an umbrella-shaped cap. Any of such fungi, that are edible. The usually above ground fruiting body, of any such fungi. Mushrooms, are fungi. Fungi, singular, fungus, is a group of eukaryotic, non-photorophic organisms with rigid cell walls, that includes: mushrooms, molds, and yeasts. All mushrooms, belong to the Fungi kingdom, however, there phylum, class, family, and genus, vary according to the mushroom type. The organisms in kingdom Fungi, includes: mushrooms, yeasts, molds, rusts, smuts, puffballs, truffles, and morels. This white and light brown mushroom, was growing in front of my house, all by itself. The edge of the cap, was rounded and toothed. In the center of the cap, was some brown objects. The top of the mushroom, was white and light brown in color. The top of the cap, was striated. The cap of the mushroom, was flat.

Habitat:

Mushrooms, can flourish in a variety of places-on lawns, near or on the surface of plants, in compost heaps, or in your garden. Mushrooms, must grow in a damp environment. Mushrooms and other fungi, grow almost everywhere, on every natural material imaginable. Mushrooms, are also found in soil, decomposing leaves, and in dung, mulch, and compost. I spotted this white and light brown mushroom, growing in the front of my house, all by itself.

Notes:

I went outside at 8:30 a.m. in the morning. I was walking around my house, when I spotted this white and light brown mushroom, growing in front of my house, all by itself. The edge of the cap, was rounded and toothed. In the center of the cap, there was some brown objects. The top of the mushroom, was white and light brown, in color. The top of the cap, was flat. The top of the cap, was striated. This mushroom lasted a week, before the cap fell off.
