Description:
Columbine is a collection of 5 upside-down red orange tubes forming a bell, 1-2" long, with yellow tips & hollow nectar-filled spurs.
Habitat:
Spotted near the Tamarac Visitor Center. It grows in open deciduous woods with some shade, it also grows well in gardens.
Notes:
The nectar tubes are a favorite flower of hummingbirds.
