Description:

giant centipede, 20cm (8") long, dark blue legs

Habitat:

lake shore

Notes:

I spotted this at night in a small protected area near the shore of Lake Malawi. These centipedes can inflict a nasty bite and its always a little scary spotting one right near where you're sleeping.
