Absolutely Martin & any others you're more than welcome too also.
Thank you for your kind comment, Leanne. You have a photo of Calligraphica. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/12153162 Can I have permission to add your photo to my beetle collection? I will attribute it to you. I went to Brisbane and saw only winter beetles... nice http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/1811746004 It's spring now ...you'll have to find some Queensland beetles for me :)
Congrats Martin! Great timing on that first shot. Your leaf beetle collection is brilliant :)

Thank you for the nomination Ashley. This was a lucky shot. I use a dedicated macro lens for my beetle obsession and sometimes the whole subject doesn't fit in the frame
Your spotting has been nominated for the Spotting of the Week. The winner will be chosen by the Project Noah Rangers based on a combination of factors including: uniqueness of the shot, status of the organism (for example, rare or endangered), quality of the information provided in the habitat and description sections. There is a subjective element, of course; the spotting with the highest number of Ranger votes is chosen. Congratulations on being nominated!
Thanks Mark. They don't fly far.
