Species ID Suggestions

Just making sure I had explained it to you at some point! And no need to be sure about an identification, that's what this site is here for :) We are always glad to help! This one does look similar to a mole skink, especially since the tail is in the process of growing back and wouldn't look like the normal mole skink tail. But if you look at the stripes on the side, though these are fading, they still run the length of the body. On a mole skink, the stripe fades soon after the front leg. Take a look at some photos and you will see what I mean!
Ashley, thank you for all of your help with identification. I posted this fairly quickly today. :( I remember your comment about having to lift up the tail to be certain. I appreciate your expertise. I appreciate your patience. I am a little more unsure of identifications than others!
Either five-lined or southeastern five-lined, I explained the differences to you on another post, didn't I? It's a juvenile transitioning into adult, so losing its stripes and gaining its red chin
