Habitat:

Open desert with fairly hard-packed soil, scattered vegetation and scattered rocks.

Notes:

I was surprised I hadn't seen more reptiles on this trip. The weather was on the cool side, though, and it had been unusually cold recently. On the last day I did see a couple of these lizards.
