Description:

White, nodding flower with the stamen sticking out and downward while the sepals face backward. The pink/purple variety can be seen at: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/8440075

Habitat:

Oak woodland in grass at Daley Ranch. This species is native to California and Baja California.
