Description:

Very small owl, active during the day, I actually saw this owl chasing a pigeon much bigger than the owl itself.

Sure... it is their nature, and pigeons are easy prey for them...
It reminds me that a Screech owl in Virginia at my dughter's was catching her son's pigeons!
