Description:

Bushy tree, medium size 10 – 15 feet offers fruit in summer with ripe fruit is from dark purple to lighter color when ripe, leaves are green and purple for young leaf. the fruit taste sweet but a bit bitter when not to ripe.

Habitat:

tropical forest and back yard.

Notes:

this is medicinal guava, some people ask the leaves for concoction to use in diarrhea and wounds some also use for spiritual medicines.
