Field Notes

Description:

This tree has no flowers or fruit. The leaves are ovale-shaped and are 8 inches in length and 2 1/2 inches in width. The leaf margin is entire, smooth and without serration. The venation of the leaves is netted pinnate. The leaves have an opposite arrangement and a waxy texture. The leaves have a drip tip that allows water to slide off easily.
