This moth had emerald green eyes. Was found in the vicinity of gulmohar and Neem trees.

urban,coastal,sea level.

Notes:

Looks like it has lost an antenna,

Thanks for sharing your spottings chief! Quite similar. None of them have the emerald green eyes though. Does look like a Noctuid.
