I should know what species this is, but I'm not really sure, so anyone want to quickly ID for me?

pavement on college campus, in a small town

Great, thank you both. Pretty sure I knew it was a mourning dove back when I took it ;) Still a birding newbie..
The blue skin around the eye is characteristic of Mourning Doves and White Winged Doves, juvenile Mourning Doves have the scaled pattern, while White Winged Doves are unpatterned at all ages.
