Description:

subviscid yellowish bowl shaped caps with cespitose extremely fibrillose stems and adnexed gills the same color as cap and stem whem young but darkening with maturity. Remnant of velum partiale just below apex of stipe. Rusty brown spore print

Habitat:

Raised bed of sawdust and wood detritis
