@ birdlady6000. OK. Thanks for doing that Kathleen. Been so busy I hadn't noticed. Cheers.
Hi Telse! I was just going through the mission Breeding Birds of BC and saw that you hadn't added your latin name for this species yet so did that for you. Hope you don't mind as I am just cleaning up a few things on that mission! Kathleen
Really... thanks. My frustration has ended. Cheers.
Haha awesome! Glad I could be of help.
Yes, I changed the category Elsa. It is definitely a bird not plant. Dove you say? I'm stoked!
Thank you Elsa and Hemma. Thank you for the Link. With so many names for this bird... no wonder I am confused. Thanks again. Cheers!
Could be a plant....It's Spring. Just budding :)
Hi Telse, I am pretty confident this pretty little thing is a mourning dove by looking at the cheek patch and coloration :) Have a look at the link and see what you think. Can you also move your spotting into the bird category?
Thank you Hemma...I'll keep looking.
Yes! That is what I thought after all my searching. The eyes look like 'Dove eyes'. That was my first ...and last guess.
Telse ,it is not a plant for sure :) Looks like a dove.
