Looks like it was taken in a tank so should be in the captive mission. As per FAQs http://www.projectnoah.org/faq please state the habitat where seen and the name of the establishment, which should have provided correct names for all of its exhibits, they can be contacted to identify it. It looks like it could be a tropical stonefish species.
