Description:

Male. I'm thinking Steatoda bipunctata, but I'd appreciate confirmation. Found him scrunched up against the ceiling in a corner near my bathroom window (last photo). He's now in a similar corner up by the kitchen window. Held legs close to the body and played dead (see second-last photo) when disturbed.
