Description:

Medium sized weaver, about 15 cm in length. Both sexes are predominantly bright yellow except for the greenish, almost uniform, coat (no stripes). Black mask, "racoon" type...

Habitat:

Seen on forest in coastal area or Congo (Rep du Congo; Congo Brazza), around POinte Noire. This weaver breeds in solitary pairs, and can be found in rich vegetation areas (forests, parks, etc).
