Description:

We have these plants of the "Sedum" genus growing in a pot on our porch. If anybody could narrow it down further that would be helpful. This photo was taken after it snowed today. There is a droplet of water sitting on top of the plant.

Habitat:

We grew this ourselves; it is in a flower pot
