Description:

Tropidothorax leucopterus is a species of ground bugs belonging to the family Lygaeidae, subfamily Lygaeinae.
It mainly feeds on Vincetoxicum and Asclepias species.
It is found in most of Central and Southern Europe.
The pictured Tropidothorax ground bugs were spotted in Soutrali beach, Pagasitikos gulf, Greece.
