Noctuidae, Catocalinae, Achaea sp. and most probably Achaea catella.
HI Altha, it's not a mosquito, it is a non-biting midge (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/13833004). My opinion is that this is a noctuid moth and not a hawk.
