Description:

The Chestnut brown duck found in lakes and ponds . Sexes are almost alike. It has brown long neck with long and broad wings , that remain straight during flight.

Habitat:

Found in ponds and lakes of Indian subcontinent and South East Asia. Here we find them in flocks during winter season.
