Garça-da-mata (Agami Heron)

This is a difficult species to be seen frequently. When frightened, flies or tries to hide up in tangles of vines or trees. As it happened in this picture. Solitary lives, hidden at the edge of streams and lakes in the forest, as well as mangroves. It is found in Brazil in the Amazon and Pantanal.
