Description:

Babies! hundreds of babies!, tiny mantids of unknown sp.

Habitat:

Seen on balcony pot plant in urban back yard, Kawe, Tanzania

Notes:

I have long stalked the egg cases of Mantids I have noticed, but this one on the balcony is the only one I have had the luck to see hatching. Unfortunately my camera was not quite up to the task, but an exciting event nonetheless.
