Field Notes

Description:

An extremely confident Chameleon. This one was large 25-30cm long with tail curled up. Dark and light green shades on the body, dark grey and white striped eyes, two extensions on the forehead, very close together. Lots of flecks and patches of different shades on the head, sort of pinks and mauves.

Habitat:

Rural garden environment on the fringes of the West Usumbara Mountains.

Notes:

Amazing creature!
