Description:

Orb-weaving spider species in the Araneidae family. Probably A. armida or A. ceropegia.
They build vertical spiral webs where they situate head down.
This spider is easy to identify due to its unique marking in the form of an oak leaf.Brown legs with dark rings
There are very subtle differences between A. armida and A. ceropegia.

Habitat:

Spotted at alpine meadow. Parque Nacional de Sierra de Guadarrama. Peñalara
