Description:
Highly variable in size and form these were dark grey to tan on top, loosely frilled margins, dry to waxy feel, very pale grey undersides. About 60mm tall in clusters.
Habitat:
In a local national park growing from dark, wet soil on an embankment under 90% shade from a high canopy.
Notes:
Uncommon species in Australia but recorded previously associated with eucalyptus by Fuhrer 2005 and overseas Malençon & Bertault (1975: EUC, Morocco). <br> http://data.rbg.vic.gov.au/cat/fungicatalogue/name/3968
