Was under a floater in my pool

Genus Theridion is pretty big and there are at least 3 similar looking species in the genus. You might be able to find the species if you look at range. Here is a link that might help: http://bugguide.net/node/view/10950/bgpage
I agree with Daniel that it's not Latrodectus sp.

I'm sure this isn't one of the Latrodectus sp., though I believe it is of the same family, Therididae, or cobweb weavers. Not sure on which genus just yet.
Really? Wow that would be kinda neat. Although the ones I have seen also have the red markings so Im not so sure.
