Thanks for the help Joshua. I'll look into and hopefully someone else can also weigh in.
The good field marks I see on you bird are these: white underside of tail, black over eye and side/front of face, streaking on sides of body. Also note wing bars and yellowish body color.
Could be a Prairie Warbler, but I'm not totally sure.
