Awesome! I did not get a chance to capture this one for an examination of the wings. You have seen some interesting grasshoppers!

i do have a great link.Will find it and post it. i have been also taking note of the under wings in flight and their color along with pics. This way i was able to ID, Black winged grasshopper,yellow winged grasshopper, transparent winged grasshopper and rosy winged grasshopper.
