Upon further checking, it is likely a sub-specie of the Great Horned Owl known as Northern/Subarctic Great Horned Owl, Bubo virginianus subarcticus, according to wikipedia's page.
Roland, all white probably was a Snowy Owl.
I only seen one my whole entire life and unfortunately it hit my fathers truck windshield and it was big and all white...we burried it in the snow, it was a bad blizzard night and it flew into us... i was only 9 years old than..lovely creatures.
From what I can tell, it looks a lot like a white Great Horned Owl. Scientific Name: Bubo virginianus. A quick google search for Great Horned Owl white, brought up a few images that look quite similar. Hopefully this helps a bit with the ID.
