There are two possibilities Zygogramma suturalis - Ragweed Leaf Beetle http://bugguide.net/node/view/39533 Calligrapha bidenticola http://bugguide.net/node/view/495706 "distinguished by the form of the tarsal claws or by the color of the epipleuron – characters rarely visible on photos.
