It was a good challenge. :) Keep up the great spottings! Love the Meadowlark picture as well!
Thank you Jakubko. I had lots of help from project Noah to identify it.
Beautiful first spotting, Ajwerko! Welcome to Project Noah!
Thank you Liam. I appreciate the information.
Neat bird, by the way.
It's definitely leucistic. Bill size and shape suggests Dark-eyed Junco, Junco hyemalis, over Field or Tree Sparrow, I believe.
Thank you for your comment Tom. I appreciate the help.
I agree with bee.jacbs, that this is a leucistic Dark-eyed Junco. Nice spot and photo!
Thanks for the information Antonio. I didn't know that about the missions. I'll have to make sure I qualify.
Thank you for your comment Bee. I just joined today and am still learning how this forum works. I appreciate the help I'm getting on identifying this bird.

Very nice spotting. Thanks for sharing! Based on bill color, shape, and normal amount of color variations I would say this is more likely to be a dark-eyed junco then a sparrow, but that is just my guess. http://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Dark-eyed_Junco/id
Liam is the bird expert on Noah, he will know what it is :) He will probably be on later today. What ever it is, it is pretty cool looking!
Thank you for your comments. I have had some people tell me it's a leucistic sparrow and others say its a leucistic junco or even a pale sparrow. I am not an experienced bird watcher so I don't know how to tell a junco from a sparrow except for the color, otherwise they look the same to me.
By the faint markings it could be a Leucistic Field Sparrow (Spizella pusilla)
I almost thought it was a junco but I've never seen one that light! Could be a leucistic form. Very cute bird, though! Welcome to Project Noah!
Could be a situation like this. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/17167865
