Description:

The Box Tree Moth is an invasive species in Europe, first discovered in germany in 2006, and also in 2019 was confirmed in Toronto Canada. Black and white moth with a wingspan of about 4 cm. On the outer edge in the middle of each forewing there is a white spot looking like a half-moon. It also looks like it's been losing some of the scales as one forewing have a white band that the other doesn't posess.

Habitat:

Urban settlement. Farmland.
