The house has been fumigated twice, sprayed and bug bombed. I gravely doubt that this is a bed bug. We have not seen an adult, nor eggs. Moreover, the bites are more like ant bites, than those of bed bugs.

What is this? I find it all over the bed and walls of my apartment. It is resistant to general pest control and bed bug pest control. Please help! It is causing bite like marks on my neck and chest when I sleep. Unbearable itching. Very tiny insects. Less than a mm small.
