Description:

Brownish gray upper with whitish wingbars. And pale below. Upper bill is gray and lower orange. No distinct eyering like most other flycatchers.

Habitat:

In a community garden in an unknown species of tree.

this is a confirmed Willow
Could it be a juvenile Phoebe?
