Field Notes

Description:

Large white stork, must be standing 1 metre. Mostly white body with shades of darker grey, black edges on the large wings. Tall red legs and long straight solid beak in bright yellow with a red stripe between the beak and the eyes.

Habitat:

Seen on the marshy banks of an inland lake in open woodland.
