However, this is NOT Cestrum nocturnum which we call Raat ki Rani (Queen of the night) in India. Those flowers are insignificant not large and showy like the spotting. It is likely to be Epiphyllum oxypetalum http://www.flowersofindia.net/catalog/slides/Orchid%20Cactus.html
