Field Notes

Description:

A.dis have blackish wings above and olive-grey underside. The upperside wings have a disco-cellular white border and the underside has a large band of transverse bands marks at the middle, basal, and central cells. The species has olivaceous shoots, basal spots, disco-cellular, two subcostals, and a series of ante-marginals, with an external confluent area (Grum- Grshimaïlo, 1891). Hind wing with veins M3 and Cu1a are separated basally & vein Cu1a is emitted from the cell before vein M3 (Mani, 1986). The species is endemic to the Alpine region of the Amdo Diet, found in the mountains near Sinin (Grum- Grshimaïlo, 1891)
