Nice shot the way it is positioned on the leaf!
Nice spotting! Zach I agree this is a female Green Anole. The females have a light stripe down the spine. I don't think this is a hybrid. They can be green or brown and occasionally be mottled depending on temperature, mood and health. http://www.flickr.com/photos/11970109@N03/2459666906/
